On Thursday, film producer Guy Ritchie and his sons David Banda ,3, and Rocco,8, had a dinner night out. According to People, Guy Ritchie and pop star Madonna were granted a preliminary “quickie divorce” today(Friday) in the High Court of London. Per documents, Madonna is divorcing Guy Ritchie for his “unreasonable behavior.”

The divorce settlement calls for sons Rocco, 8, and David, 3, to split time between the U.S. and London. Madonna’s 12-year-old daughter Lourdes(dad is Carlos Leon) will live with her mom. It is also being reported that Guy wants none of Madonna’s millions; he just wants time with his kids.

Actor Blair Underwood didn’t rank number one on 2008 People’s Sexiest Man alive  list-leave that to BCK dad Hugh Jackman. However, the Dirty Sexy Money actor did make the list! Yet the father of three( Blair has a son named Paris, 11, and a son Blake,7, and a daughter Brielle,10) is surprised by the effect he has on women. Once while dropping off his kids, “a mother came up and grabbed my butt cheeks! And I’m like, ‘How is that okay?’ I was so caught off-guard that I couldn’t help but laugh,” says the married dad of three. He’s shocked, but his kids “find it entertaining.”

When not entertaining his kids, Blair enjoys traveling with his family and shooting home movies with his kids: “We shoot movies ‘on location’. The kids write and star in them, and I direct them. We do posters and soundtracks too.”And he admits the process has given Brielle the acting bug: “The boys couldn’t care less, but my daughter is into it. We were shooting a scene in Rome, and she said to me, ‘Can I get an agent and do this for real?’ Oh man.”

It is Blair’s daughter Brielle who wants to know when she can have a playdate at the White house with First Daughters-elect, Sasha and Malia Obama. Brielle asked her dad not too long ago, “Daddy, when are we gonna have a playdate at the White House?”  but Blair responded, [Laughs] “Yeah right.”

Now that Malia and Sasha are getting a dog, Blair says that his kids now want a puppy of their own: “Oh please, my kids have been sweating me for a year and a half. Now they’re like, “Look — the Obamas are getting one!”

For his sixteenth birthday, Trey Smith didn’t ask for an expensive car like many of his celebrity friends require on their birthdays. Prior to his birthday on November 11th, the teenage son of actor Will Smith had insisted that all his guests donate gifts to the Los Angeles Children’s Hospital.

Trey who recently lost his grandmother to cancer felt a need to donate rather than to receive. According to Will Smith: “About eight weeks ago his grandmother died of cancer and he said he just realised they’re just gifts… what does that really mean, and he asked all of his friends that are coming to the party to donate gifts to kids at the Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles. It was a really aggressive experience for him; he was there in the moment when she passed, so he got a real sense of that loss.”

Trey is a sophomore at Oaks Christian H.S in Westlake Village and is a wide receiver for their football team.

On Wednesday, former pro football player Travis Henry went to court in an attempt to try to reduce child support payments for one of nine of his children that he fathered with a woman named Jameshia Beacham. Henry is required by law to pay $3,000 a month to Jameisha,an amount which was set last year when Henry was employed as a running back for the Denver Broncos. At the time, the judge also ordered Henry to establish a $250,000 trust fund as a backup should Travis fail to make child support payments-The judge had noted that Henry was in the habit of  squandering money on expensive cars and jewelry.

Atlanta attorney Randall Kessler,however, feels that his client’s child support payments should be reduced now that the ex-football player is without a job:“He’s got child support obligations across the country, and he’s got zero income,” Kessler told Judge Clarence Seeliger.

Besides child suport payments, Henry has other expenses. Just last month, he was arrested in an alleged cocaine ring,but was later released after posting a $400,000 bond.

Robert Wellon, lawyer for Jameisha , argues against reducing the monthly payments and demands to know how Travis has spent the $3 million that he received from the Broncos this year.

In all, Travis,30, has nine children by nine different women.

Singer Usher Raymond has revealed that he and wife Tameka Foster-Raymond are expecting their second child on December 15th: “Definitively. We’re actually expecting, if you didn’t hear, in December” Usher told Access Hollywood backstage at his concert at LA’s Club Nokia on Wednesday. “One of the best Christmas gifts there is to have!”

“There are a few names,” he added. “But if you guys have any unique one, please feel free to hit me up. Let me know.”

However, the R&B crooner won’t confirm whether or not he and Tameka are expecting a boy or a girl. But maybe he won’t have to. Usher may have slipped in an interview on Thursday with Stevie Wonder for Stevie’s KJLH-FM morning radio show; Usher slipped and said that he and Tameka are expecting a boy on December 15th.

Usher, 30, and Tameka wed in September 2007 and welcomed their first child together – Usher Raymond V — in November 2007. Tameka has three  boys from a previous relationship.

A 14-year old teenage girl survived for four months without a heart and has now left the hospital:D’zhana Simmons, was released from the hospital after a heart transplant on October 29, 2008.D’zhana, 14, had suffered from a rare heart condition called cardiomyopathy, an enlarged heart. Her heart became to weak to support her any longer.D’zhana was taken from her home in South Carolina to the Holtz Children’s Hospital in Miami, Florida where she underwent a heart transplant in July of this year. The initial heart transplant did not work how ever, the new heart that was placed is Miss Simmons, failed. Two days after her surgery, doctors had to remove the organ.

With uncertainties, the doctors decided to do a radical procedure they inserted two heart pumps into Miss Simmons’ chest. At this point doctors were uncertain if she would live long. This radical procedure was typically used only on adults. But, there was a huge major difference, the pumps used to keep her alive are typically used while a heart is still in a patient.In D’zhana’s case, the transplant heart, had to be removed due to a potential for rupture, thus leaving the young lady with out a heart.

On November 12th, 2008, Comedian Chris Rock, his wife Malaak,their daughter Zahra,4, sans their daughter Lola,6, unveiled a newly renovated Library/Computer Lab at The BushwickSalvation Army Community Center in Brooklyn, NY. The unveiling of the center’s library is the first of forty more library renovations that will take place throughout the year. With the sponsorships of Target along with Dell and PRODUCT (RED), Chris Rock and his family have managed to give kids something else to do besides wander the streets.
The comedian recently told Essence.com why it was so important for him to renovate the community center:”I played here as a kid after school. I played pool, basketball, foosball, I got beat up here a couple of times and I learned how to fight here too,” deadpans Chris. “And he was baptized here too,” adds Malaak.

Malaak, Founder and Director of the the Angel Rock Project, says that her husband Chris is a philanthropist:”Many people don’t realize Chris has been giving to this center in so many ways long before I got involved by picking up bus loads of kids and taking them to Toys “R” Us or baseball games or Radio City’s Christmas Spectacular, without any of the press and promotions his wife likes to bring,” says Malaak. “That’s because he cares deeply.”

Actress and ‘View’ Co-host Sherri Shepherd says that when she and son Jeffrey, 3, ride on the trains in New York to work, ”[they] get all kinds of attention.” Sherri, however, has no qualms about riding on the train with her son: “I’m so New York now, I walk down the stairs with my stroller and I get on the train and I’ll go, ‘Nobody’s going to let me sit down? You see me with my baby! And I carried that stroller down all those damn stairs.”

Sherri adds that while at work(on the set of The View), 3-year-old Jeffrey knows how to “schmooze” up to her boss Barbara Walters: “I got him trained,” Sherri says. He also knows just who schmooze when he stops by her office. “Yesterday he was at the studio and Barbara was there … he grabs Barbara and he hugs and he kisses her on the lips and I’m like, ‘Yeah baby! That’s my son.”

Sherri, whose latest movie role is in Madagascar 2:Escape To Africa, says that her son “[pooped] in his diaper” when he heard her voice in the animated film: “I’m the momma lion in the movie and I took Jeffrey to see it and he heard my voice and goes, ‘Momma! Momma … poop in my diaper!’” she says. “I’m choosing to say my son got so excited he pooped in his diaper.”
