Rapper Juvenile’s Four-year-old daughter Jelani was murdered ,along with her mother Joy Deleston,and her sister Micaiah back in March. The killer who happens to be the son of the deceased Joy Deleston has been indicted on three counts of murder:

The 17-year-old boy who shot and killed rapper Juvenile’s four-year-old daughter, who was the boy’s own little sister, has been indicted on three counts of murder and aggravated assault.. He also killed his and little Jelani’s 11-year old sister Micaiah, and their mother Joy Deleston.

Anthony Tyrone Terrell has been behind bars without bail since his arrest following the triple murder at the family’s Gwinnett County, Georgia home in February. He is an inmate in a DeKalb County Jail. Details about his motive for killing the three members of his family remain unclear.

Jelani was the product of Juvenile’s romance with Deleston - an actress and Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office sex crimes official.

Rapper XZIBIT is mourning the death of his newborn baby son Xavier Kingston, who died on Monday May 26th,just days after being born.Xzibit,33, has shared the pain of his loss and some inspiring words on his Myspace page: 

As you all know, I shared with you the announcement of my newborn son, Xavier Kingston Joiner, on May 15th and also informed you that he was born prematurely.  Well, this week was extremely difficult for him because his lungs were not strong enough to handle regular oxygen on his own.

Xavier passed away this morning at 3:30 a.m. and I must tell you this; it is unnatural for a parent to bury a child.  I am telling you this because of the same reason I tell you when I’m having a great time — life is too short to be fake.  Hold on to your kids if you have them, protect them, and show them you love them every day you wake up and see them, don’t take a second you get to hug them, teach them, and care for them for granted.  You can have all the material wealth in the world, but it is NOTHING compared to having your family. 

I am thankful for all of my blessings and I’m not one to question God’s perfect plan, so I leave you with great love and thanks for all the love that was sent earlier on my previous blog to my son.  Of course, I need to take some time and handle my loss. STAY FOCUSED PEOPLE.  It’s not promised to any of us.

The first grandchild of the late Dr. Martin Luther King j.r. has arrived. Martin Luther King III and his wife Arndrea Waters welcomed a baby girl named Yolanda on Sunday:

The first grandchild of slain civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. is a girl.A family spokeswoman says Arndrea Waters King, wife of Martin Luther King III, gave birth to Yolanda Renee King on Sunday at Northside Hospital in Atlanta. Spokeswoman Sandra Tarver says the mother and baby are healthy.
The baby was named after her aunt, Martin Luther King Jr.’s eldest daughter Yolanda, who died in May 2007, Tarver says.Martin Luther King III married shortly after his mother’s death in January 2006, but the wedding was not made public until this year.
He was the first of Martin Luther King Jr.’s four children to marry and the first to have a child.

Dance-loving talk show host Ellen DeGeneres may have met her match: Usher. The R&B star and new dad stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show to show off his moves and talk about his most “amazing” project to date.

“He is my reason for living,” the singer tells Ellen of his 6-month old son, Usher Raymond V, with wife Tameka. “[Aside from] my wife, obviously, for helping me have him.”

In the episode airing Friday, the newlywed also says of his bride: “She’s built up … the foundation of who I am. I want to see more men standing with their women. I want to see more men be open and honest about where they are in life.”

And speaking of honesty, when asked what surprised him most about having a baby, the star replied with a laugh: “That I had him – that was a big surprise!”

That – and “learning more and more about the beauty of fatherhood,” he said. “As an African-American, to be there for my child is so important when there are so many young African-American kids without their fathers. I just want him to grow up to be as wise as he can possibly be, kind and open hearted. [Fatherhood] changes everything about me.”

As for rumors about the singer splitting from his wife of 9 months,Usher’s representative says that the rumors are completely false:

Of recent Internet rumors that Usher and Tameka had filed for separation, his manager Benny Medina told PEOPLE: “It’s 100% not true. Usher and Tameka are currently traveling in Europe together as a family on his promotional tour. This rumor is completely false.”
